Our Staff
Bart has been the proud and current owner of Menke Abstract for over 19 years. His many years in the title insurance business and approved license have given him the experience and knowledge to understand the laws and regulations associated with buying and selling property as well as doing thorough research to make sure property is free and clear. Bart enjoys meeting people, giving advise, and helping his clients have the best experience. Bart handles most of the closing services and works with various parties involved in a transaction.
Nanette is a co-owner and enjoys working along side Bart Sowards as his lovely wife. She greets and assists everyone that comes through the front door and answers general questions. Nanette is experienced with writing official documents and preparing policies.
Chase Sowards has been working remotely with Menke Abstract for over 7 years. Chase does much of the research involved with various properties, prepares deeds, and policies. Chase also has his Master in Information Systems which gives him the experience and skills to build websites and maintain the technology infrastructure at Menke Abstract.
